Directions

Line a work surface with waxed paper.

In a large bowl mix together the condensed milk, crushed cookies, walnuts, and unsweetened chocolate. Take a tablespoonful of dough and roll into a ball. Place on the waxed paper and flatten gently. Repeat with the remaining dough, placing the cookies one inch apart.

Melt the white chocolate until smooth over a double boiler or in a microwave, stirring frequently. Dip the cookies into the chocolate using a fork, coating half of each of each cookie. Let the white chocolate dry.

Melt the red chocolate until smooth over a double boiler or in a microwave, stirring frequently. Dip the uncoated half of the cookies into the chocolate using a fork, coating the other half of each of each cookie. Let the chocolate dry. If you have any additional chocolate left, you can reheat it and make additional lines of white chocolate on the red sides and red lines on the white sides to look like different styles of bobbers. Let the cookies dry thoroughly before packaging or giving.

Makes 5 dozen cookies.
